Synopsis

A fire destroyed an entire area. Victims were relocated at a seven-storey resettlement building with poor living condition. While it improved years later, high living cost is still a problem.

Nine Monkeys Workshop (NMW) was established in 2013 by animator Lee Kwok-Wai, NMW focuses on animation and moving images. In 2009, Lee, as the director, awarded Hong Kong ICT Award and TBS Digicon6 Award by Time To Say Good-bye (2009). In recent years, NMW worked closely with the comic artist Kongkee, together they produced renowned animations, included Howl the Mobile Fatty (2012), Saveur Terebenthine (2014), and Crazy Pandaman (2015).
