【Presale Tickets】

【Single Tickets】
Price：NT$100 per ticket.
Time：From Thursday Oct. 13th 09:00 to Friday Oct. 21st 20:00.
Location： VIESHOW Cinemas Taichung TIGER CITY Box Office（4F., No.120-1, Sec. 3, Henan Rd., Xitun Dist., Taichung City）。
Admission：There is no assigned seat number. Please hold the tickets for admission.

Please Note

  1. "Taichung International Animation Festival" tickets will be the only tickets accepted. Please hold the tickets for admission and keep your tickets safe to ensure your right for seating. Tickets will not be re-issued if lost or damaged.
  2. Tickets can only be purchased at Vie Show Cinemas Taichung Tiger City Box Office during the Festival (Oct 13th - Oct 21st). Ticket sales for each screening end at twenty minutes after the screening starts. Ticket sales are cash only.
  3. There is no assigned seat number on the ticket. To avoid disruption of screening, please do not change your seats after the screening begins.
  4. Latecomers will not be admitted into the screening 20 minutes after the film begins. There is no exchange or refund of tickets. We recommend you arrive early before the film begins.
  5. Accessible seats are limited. Please reserve by phone in advance.
  6. Please confirm the number of tickets and the theater number upon purchase. Please arrive on time for screening.
  7. Please follow the food and drink policy of the theaters. Smoking is prohibited at all theaters. Please do not bring dangerous and restricted items to the theaters. No pets please.
  8. To ensure the safety measures and exit routes, please do not stand or sit in access ways.
  9. To ensure a wonderful movie experience for all our guests, the Festival reserves the rights to require a guest to leave if s/he is causing a disturbance, annoying other guests.
  10. Any use of photography/recording equipment is strictly prohibited in the theater. The copy right of each film belongs to each individual right holder. The Festival reserves all rights to ask a guest to leave if s/he is violating copyrights.
  11. The Festival reserves the right to change the program without notice due to unexpected occurrences. Under such conditions, the Festival may cancel each screening according to Taichung City’s official announcement. All latest updates will be announced on our official website.

Refunds

  1. Refund of tickets should be made no later than one day prior to the screening. A handling fee of 10% (NT$5 for Presale Tickets, NT$10 for Single Tickets) will be charged per ticket.
  2. For refund of tickets prior to the Festival opening day (Sep19th - Oct 12th), please visit Taichung International Animation Festival temporary office (No. 35, Minzu Rd., Central Dist., Taichung 400) during working hours (14:00 - 18:00, Monday - Friday) or Taichung International Animation Festival Taipei Office (14F, No. 68, Sec. 1, Zhonghua Rd., Wanhua Dist., Taipei 108).
  3. For refund during the Festival (Oct 13th - Oct 21st), please visit Vie Show Cinemas Taichung Tiger City Box Office (No. 120-1, Henan Rd. Sec. 3, Xitun Dist., Taichung 407) during 10:00 - 20:00.
  4. There is no ticket exchange. If you would like to change sessions, please follow the above information for refunds.

  1. Each reservation is limited to 4 tickets.
  2. You have 10 minutes to complete the transaction after you print out “Reservation Slip” and “Ticket Information”. Exceeding the time limit will require new reservations.
  3. The reservation will time out if it has been idle for over approximately 2 minutes and you will not be able to reserve the seats. Please start your reservation from scratch.
