Xin is a Chinese born animator and filmmaker based in Melbourne, Australia. After studying oil painting at Harbin Normal University Art College (China), he went on to study animation at Griffith Film School in Australia. Xin specializes in the traditional method of paint-on-glass stop-motion animation. His art pieces have won various prizes worldwide and have been exhibited in
many countries. He is creating his new short film series called The Seasons at the stage.
