ZHAO Yi
Zhao Yi was born in 25th March 1976 in China and since 1999 lives in the Netherlands. He holds PhD degree in Civil Engineering. From 2006 to 2010 he had studied animation in AKV St. Joost, the Netherlands. His 3rd year BA film Bing & José (2009) was in official selection of Fantoche 2009, and his graduation film On the Water (2010) won the best student animation in Animateka 2011. He works now as animation filmmaker and illustrator. Löss is his first professional film.
