Purchase Ticket／Ticket Center→Movie Tickets→2015 Taichung International Animation Festival→One Screening→One Screening→Choose Date／Screening／Seating Area→Choose how many→Print the receipt out→Give the receipt and purchase information to the counter and pay for the transaction fee→Receive the Ticket
  • One can only claim 4 tickets for each screening.
  • Please claim your ticket within 10 minutes after printing the receipt out; otherwise you will have to operate again.
  • Do not pause more than 2 minutes while, the page will return back to the homepage and you will have to start the process all over again.

TERMS & CONDITION
  • Latecomers will not be admitted to the screening up toaudience of all ages need a ticket into the screening,as it will not be re-issued if lost or damaged.
  • 10 minutes after the film begins, and will not be refunded. Please make sure to be on time for the screenings. Those who make loud noises will be asked to leave, in order to maintain a quality viewing experience.
  • The tickets for each screening will not be available atan hour before the film starts; you can claim the tickets at the information counter at the festival with a 25 NTtransaction fee.
  • Barrier-free seat is limited; please make a reservation by phone in advance.
  • Those who bring in outside food must abide by the theater’s regulations.
  • The festival has the right to ask those who are taking pictures, filming, recording during the screening to leave, as the films’ authorizations belongs to their copyright owners.
  • The festival reserves the right to change the program. If there be natural causes or unavoidable situations, the festival organizer will make a decision whether to cancel the screening or not under the Taichung Government’s announcement, and will announce the cancelations on the official website as soon as possible
