Synopsis

After his alcoholic father’s death, a young man decides to sell the last memory of him - his taxi. No 3D software was used in the making of this short film. Everything was “tradigitally” drawn, animated and painted.

I’m 26 yr/o. I didn’t pick up a pencil until I was 19. I went through art college, thinking I didn’t “need” to draw. I was just avoiding the fact that I sucked at drawing. But at the end of my education, I decided to face my fears and try doing what I truly loved the most, which was 2D animation. I strive to create animations like the thousands of hours of 2D I’ve watched through my life. I took that chance and never looked back. I’m still learning and growing, but most importantly, I’m the happiest I’ve ever been.
