Synopsis: It all begins when Kang-ha and his grandfather rescue a mysterious boy with gills and shimmering scales by the riverside. Named ‘Gon’, he becomes part of their family but isolates himself from the world to hide his identity — the only place he could truly breathe is underwater. Their fragile life begins to shatter when an unexpected accident exposes Gon’s secret, forcing him to leave and tearing the family apart. This hauntingly beautiful yet tragic tale explores into the lives of those forsaken by a world cursed beneath the water, desperately longing for freedom to truly breathe.
