On-site ticket purchase can only be paid by cash.
【Group Ticket】
Group Tickets can be purchased from Friday 21st September to Tuesday 9th October. Discounts are offered for each single purchase of more than 10 tickets per screening. Please contact (04)2323- 6100#41 (Miss WU) for details during office hours: 14:00 - 18:00 on weekdays.
 

REFUND
1. Ticket refund must be claimed at least 1 day before the scheduled screening, and a 10% handling fee will be charged per refunded ticket.

Refund location:
．7-11 ibon system is available for ticket refund, only when the ticket is collected.
．Ticket refund service is available at the following places and dates:
     Before the festival (Sep. 21 - Oct 9.) :
　Taichung Film Development Foundation, every working day between 10:00 - 12:30 and 14:00 - 18:00.
　 During the festival (Oct. 11 - Oct. 15) :
　 Festival ticket booth at each venue. (The booth opens 30 minutes before the first screening of the day and closes 20 minutes after the last screening starts).
2. Ticket exchange is deemed as ticket refund. Patrons who want to exchange their tickets must follow the refund rules.

 

Terms and Conditions

  1. The film festival will cooperate with the national film classification system. Parents are advised to pay attention to the film classification. Please refer to the annoucement on website for changing of classification.
  2. Children under age of 2 are free of admission but no seat provided. Please present a valid ID at entrance. One adult with regular admission can bring only 1 child under age of 2.
  3. Tickets only valid for designated seat as shown on the ticket. Please reserve the seat as you make the purchase, any loss or damage of tickets will not be replaced.
  4. Barrier-free seat availability is limited. Please make a reservation by phone in advance at (04)2323-6100#41 (Miss Wu) on weekdays from Friday 21st September.
  5. To manage screening quality and to show respect for other audiences, latecomers will NOT be admitted to the screening up to 20 minutes after the film begins, and the ticket is thus NON-REFUNDABLE.
  6. Please follow the rules of eating and drinking at the venue.
  7. All rights of the films belong to the copyright owners. Photography or video/audio recording during the screening is strictly prohibited. The festival reserves the right to demand that the recording to be deleted.
  8. The festival reserves the right to change the program.
