In this speech, Eiko Tanaka shares the production process of Children of the Sea, latest work of the prolific Studio 4°C, including how the film is born and developed from the initial proposal to its release, as well as how the studio shows highly expressiveness in this film.

 

 

Eiko Tanaka l
Eiko Tanaka is a senior Japanese animation producer and one of the founders of Studio 4°C. She previously worked in Studio Ghibli on world famous animations such as My Neighbor Totoro and Kiki's Delivery Service. Notable works of Studio 4°C includes Memories, Mind Game, and five segments of The Animatrix. In 2019, they launch their highly anticipated film, Children of the Sea.
